Welcome in, friends! I’m Laura! I’m a mom, wife, apparel expert, and one of the founders of Our Cozy Corner (OCC).

My husband, Dusty, and I founded OCC in 2019, and what started as a small side hustle has turned into an adventure bigger than we ever could have imagined.

​

My live-selling journey started with me selling my own clothes out of our bedroom on Whatnot. From those early shows, OCC continued to grow—and by 2024, we were hosting live shows 20+ hours a day, 7 days a week!

As our community grew, so did our team. We added more amazing hosts and team members and, in the spring of 2024, moved Our Cozy Corner into a 2,400-square-foot warehouse in Southeast Minnesota.

By December 2024, we had outgrown that space too! We moved into a 7,500-square-foot warehouse and launched our second Whatnot channel, Our Cozy Corner 2.

​

In January 2025, we launched our YouTube channel, Our Cozy Corner Unfiltered, giving our community an inside look at what it really takes to make OCC happen—from the behind-the-scenes craziness of running a growing business to glimpses into our everyday lives.

​

Then came 2026—and OCC grew in ways we once only dreamed about.

We added two additional live streams on TikTok, bringing us to four live-selling channels and a combined 72 hours of live shopping every single day! We also opened the doors to our very own brick-and-mortar boutique, giving our customers a place to shop OCC with us in person.

​

And perhaps our biggest adventure yet: in the fall of 2026, we’re launching three brands of our very own—Cozy Christian Apparel, SkidSavers, and SweatSavers.

​

From selling clothes out of our bedroom to operating four live channels, opening our own boutique, building an incredible team, and creating brands from the ground up, OCC has become so much more than we ever imagined when we started in 2019.

​

Through all the growth and craziness, one thing hasn’t changed: our community is at the heart of everything we do.
